Q. How was your experience in this year’s IPL as your team performed really very well?
A.
It was very nice. This year we performed better then last year.

Q. Bangalore Royal Challengers lost in the finals of the IPL II. Must be very disappointing?
A.
Yes, It was very disappointing. But we played competitive cricket and we took some positives for next year from this year’s loss in the finals.

Q. You took 9 catches in IPL 2 and you were superb in the out-field. Do you think Fielding and bowling the right areas was the key to your team’s success?
A.
Yeah, when bowlers bowl a good line, it has to be supported by good fielding and your players cooperated with bowlers. It was a major factor for our team road to finals.

Q. What was RCB team owner, Mr. Vijay Malaya’s, reaction after the finals?
A.
He was Happy that his team performed and reached finals. He congratulated us.

Q. Do you personally miss playing for Delhi team in IPL as you are originally from Delhi?
A.
Its not actually in my hands. I love to play for whatever team I am asked to.

Q. You couldn’t make it to the Indian T20 team for the World Cup in England. Does it disappoint you?
A.
I would have loved to be part of T20 Team. I just want to improve my performance. May be more deserving players have got chance.

Q. You have proved that you have the ability to play in every format of the game. Which format you like the most?
A.
One-Day format is the best for me. I think in ODI’s, batsman get more time to set himself. Test is for classy players and it’s the ultimate aim of every cricketer.

Q. You have played under Dhoni in Indian Team and under Anil Kumble in IPL. What is the difference between these two?
A.
I think they are pretty similar. They give proper space to each player. They have their own way to lead the team. Dhoni is more calm while Anil bhai is bit aggressive.
